Payment options. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and
PayPal.
We also accept personal checks, company checks, cashier's
checks and money orders. If you choose to use these as a
method of payment you will need to print out a mail-in order
form and mail it to:

Please note that for personal and company checks, we process
your order after the funds clear. Please allow approximately
5-7 business days after receipt for clearance of funds
before the order is processed and shipped.
Processing, shipping. Most orders we receive are shipped same or next business
day. We do ship on Saturdays but not on Sundays and during

Shipping methods used. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS
Ground Service or FedEx. All include tracking/confirmation
number for easy tracking via web. |

Sales Tax brotherinks.com collects NYS Sales Tax on all orders shipped
within New York State.
Purchase orders. Purchase orders are processed on case by case basis. Kindly
e-mail us if you need more details regarding POs.
Returns. Returns will be accepted if item proves to be defective or
when wrong item has been shipped. You will then have a
choice of receiving replacement or your money back less
actual shipping and handling charges. |
